● How can I return or exchange?

How can I return or exchange? Please initiate returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, with items in new condition and original packaging. Feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@eqlz.com.

● How long does shipping take?

We offer express shipping, typically taking 3-5 business days. We also offer Saturday shipping. You will receive tracking info as soon as the shipping label is created.

● How do I get free shipping?

We offer free express shipping on all orders over $180.

● What if I want to cancel or change my order?

No problem, just email support@eqlz.com and we will do our best to get everything taken care of immediately.

● When can I expect my refund?

We will process refunds within 48 hours Monday through Friday. You will receive a notification via email as soon as your refund has been processed. Depending upon the method of payment (Paypal, Credit Card, Amazon Pay), the timing varies. We unfortunately have no visibility of when it will hit your account.
